Newman University Men's Soccer At Home On Tuesday

Wichita, Kan.- The Newman University Jets men's soccer team will host Manhattan Christian College, Kan. on Tuesday, October 8. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Wilkins Field on the Newman campus.

Newman is 8-2-1 on the season and 3-1 in the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Jets are currently ranked #21 in the NAIA national men's soccer poll. A new poll will be released on October 8.

Manhattan Christian is 13-1-1 on the season to this point. They finished last year with a runner-up finish at the National Christian College Athletic Association national tournament, and return several players from that team.

This is the first meeting in several years between Newman and Manhattan Christian.
